PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Laboratory Chocolate Grinding and Refining

This laboratory ball mill is used in laboratories and chocolate shops to grind chocolate slurry, jam, peanut butter and other fluid, oil-based materials. It can process cocoa powder, cocoa liquor, sugar and milk powder into a finer chocolate slurry for trials and small-batch work.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The material is circulated through the grinding chamber with steel balls. The double-layer tank uses circulating water for heating, cooling and holding so the material can be processed under controlled temperature conditions.
