PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Chocolate Refining, Mixing and Emulsification

This chocolate conche refines and conditions chocolate material through grinding, mixing and emulsification. It is intended for chocolate factories and can be coordinated with an automatic depositing line for continuous production of chocolate made from cocoa, sugar and milk powder.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The horizontal refining chamber combines prolonged mixing with mechanical refining so the material becomes finer and more uniform. The actual process time and temperature profile should be selected against the recipe and required finish.
