PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Controlled Powder Coating for Chocolate Products
This machine applies a controlled layer of dry, free-flowing particles to chocolate- or caramel-coated products. It can handle materials such as crushed nuts, sesame, peanuts, puffed rice and cereal pieces, and is intended for installation between a coating machine and a cooling tunnel.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
A lifting conveyor feeds the particles into the hopper. The material falls to form a controlled particle curtain, while coated products pass through the curtain on the conveyor. The powdering amount can be adjusted and recovered material can be returned to the process.
KEY FEATURES
Food-grade stainless-steel construction
Independent automatic lifting feeder
Controlled and even particle application
Powder recovery for lower material loss
Stable conveying for continuous lines
Modular structure for straightforward setup and maintenance
APPLICATIONS
For the Confirmed Production Requirement
Powder coating of chocolate, candy and related confectionery products in a continuous finishing process.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
Powder type, feed arrangement and line interface should be discussed according to product and throughput.
CONFIGURATION NOTES
Typical feed materials include crushed nuts, sesame, peanuts, puffed rice and small cereal pieces. Feeding and discharge arrangement can be discussed for the product and line layout.
INSTALLATION & SUPPORT
Powder recovery, coating uniformity and downstream conveying should be checked during commissioning.
