PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Automatic Depositing for Plain and Filled Chocolate

This automatic line forms plain and filled chocolate products through depositing, cooling and demolding. It supports chocolate bars and filled formats for continuous large-batch production, including separate depositing of shell and filling where the product requires it.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The process sequence includes mold heating, holding, depositing, vibration, optional nut-particle addition, cooling, demolding and conveying. One depositing unit can form the shell while another handles the filling; for plain products, the units can be used for chocolate depositing.
