PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Automatic Chocolate Cone Depositing
This line automatically deposits liquid chocolate into crisp cones or cup formats to produce cone chocolate and filled cone chocolate. After depositing, it can connect to a cooling tunnel for setting and is intended for large-batch continuous food-factory production.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The process sequence includes mold heating, holding, depositing, vibration, cooling, demolding and conveying. A lifting depositing head supports larger filled formats, while the cooling section sets the product before demolding.
