PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Insulated Chocolate Holding and Supply

This insulated tank stores melted chocolate and maintains a suitable flow temperature for continuous production. Stirring helps reduce separation and sedimentation, and the tank can supply depositing or coating equipment as part of a production line.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Indirect heat transfer through the jacket maintains the selected material temperature without direct heating of the chocolate. Internal stirring keeps the material moving and supports a more homogeneous supply.
