High-Speed Melting for Chocolate Processing

This melting tank heats solid chocolate blocks into a liquid material for downstream depositing and coating. Multiple heating-power and volume options are available, with a simple single-layer vessel structure made from stainless steel.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Electrical heating transfers heat to the tank so solid chocolate melts into a liquid supply. A temperature sensor and digital controller regulate the heating process, while dry-burn protection supports safe operation.
