PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Low-Speed Cocoa Grinding and Refining

This low-speed granite roller grinder is used for extended grinding and refining of cocoa nibs. The 80 lb and 120 lb formats support gentle processing intended to preserve cocoa character while reducing particle size, and modular configuration can be discussed for different workshop layouts.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

A granite roller rotates at low speed while gravity and material flow bring cocoa nibs into the grinding zone. Extended rolling and refining reduce particle size and support flavor development before later chocolate processing stages.
