PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Modular Depositing for Filled Chocolate Products

This mini modular depositing line is designed to automate chocolate production for small- and medium-scale output. Its modular structure can be expanded or rearranged for filled chocolate, block, patterned and decorative formats, allowing one line to support different product configurations.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Chocolate and filling are metered through the depositing system into the selected molds. Individual modules can be controlled independently or through the line control system, with the final sequence determined by the product format and cooling-tunnel arrangement.
