PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Batch Ball Milling for Chocolate Slurry
This batch ball mill rapidly grinds chocolate slurry, nut pastes and related fluid materials. It can process cocoa powder, cocoa liquor, sugar and milk powder into a more uniform and fine slurry for food-factory production.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Steel balls refine the material through friction while a chocolate rotor pump circulates the slurry from the bottom upward through the tank. Jacket water supports heating, cooling and holding, and multi-stage stirring supports consistent processing.
