PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Chocolate Tempering Before Depositing or Coating
Designed for chocolate made with cocoa butter or cocoa-butter-equivalent fats, this tempering machine helps establish a stable temperature curve before depositing or coating. It is intended for continuous production in small- and medium-sized chocolate factories and can be configured for the customer power supply.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The chocolate passes through melting, cooling and reheating stages under automatic temperature control. A water-circulation jacket transfers heat between stages so the material reaches the required tempering curve before discharge.
KEY FEATURES
Food-grade product-contact surfaces made of stainless steel
Three-stage automatic temperature control
Temperature-control accuracy stated by the customer as ±0.5°C
PLC and touch-screen control
Stored process settings for dark, milk and white chocolate
Compatible with depositing and coating lines
APPLICATIONS
For Tempering Before Depositing or Coating
Chocolate tempering before depositing, coating and other downstream forming processes.
CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
